Ewww...alien! big...

A mysterious 'alien like' creature horrified holidaymakers after it washed up on a beach on the Gower Peninsula in Wales.

The writhing mass of tentacles, which measured at least 6ft from end to end.

Fears of a UFO invasion were put to rest as scientists revealed it was a seething mass of goose barnacles that was swept up from the depths of the ocean by bad weather.The barnacles - long writhing stalks or pendulates, tipped with shells - are normally found deep below the waves, but were washed up clinging to a log.

And another interesting and sad story, Britain's biggest common carp was found poisoned in a lake.

The 25-year-old, dubbed Benson, weighed a staggering 64lb (29kg) - more than a large dog - andwas worth £20,000.

But the carp was found floating on the surface of Kingfisher Lake

A quantity of uncooked nuts, which are toxic to fish who swell up because they cannot process them, were found nearby on the bank

He had been the star attraction at the lake for more than 15 years since being introduced as 24.5lb tiddler during their first carp stock in 1995.

He arrived at the eight-acre Kingfisher lake with a fellow carp, who sadly abandoned him when she swam off down the River Nene in the flood of 1998.

H1N1 USM break

Last 2 weeks,USM Engineering get struck by fast like kilat..we were forced to leave d campus immedietly for a week..that's definitely not a happy news at all!

we do heard rumours that a bunch of student get we're not sure weather they are positive H1N1..haha..Up until one knows weather tat 1 week break was considered our mid sem break.

8.30am, 29th of July 09, at Lembaran cafe..EVERYONE in USM was required to have a brief temperature check before we were allowed to leave our dirty campus.

tat checkin was jus like a drama. The signature of officer checking us was so ez to tiru..tak perlu check pun boleh everyone do it too..takut mati kot..hehe..includin me..

YES!!! i mus admit tis wabak a bit menakutkan..spreading so fast..starting from d student(bac from US) in Sg. Buloh hospital..till it kill around 10+ ppl!..All that happen within 3 months..

1 funny thing happen in LRT when i was on my way bac to my home..and i was wearing mask tat time..tat LRT was no1 dare to stand near me!..fearing i'm contacted wit H1N1 in fact..they are the one that scare me d most.

Selangor can be considered to have most quarantined cases..yet no1 in LRT was wearing any mask to stop the spreading. Yal c d pic below..no1 wanted to stand beside legs around tat post..haha..they takut mati bt don wan kerjasama prevent it..mana boleh macha!

the best part during my 1 week break...mmmm...yummy..July happen to have cream la...

Tummy not yummy...

i came across an article on belly..and ways to prevent it from happening to us...wanted to share it the number of my friends havin belly are increasing..normally frens tat hv gf WILL have belly..haha..and tat's a fact!

For u guys info..thr are 4types of tummy..aka belly..1) Beer belly 2) Flabby tummy 3) Love handles (majority of bf havin tis) 4) Shapeless tummy

Unlike women,men tend to store fat in their abdomen due to genetics. Adominal fat cells seem to be more metabolically active than fat stored in thighs and buttocks (areas used by women for fat storage). In short, fat tends to get stored there first, bt also fat used as energy seems to be drawn from tat area 1st.

Now, ways to get rid of belly..

1) Eat breakfasts like a king, lunch like a prince and dinner like a pauper..

2) Drink 8-10 glasses of water a day BUT try not to drink with meals (excess fluid at mealtime can dilute concentration of digestive enzymes)

3) Eat small BUT frequent meals. 4-6 small meals a day optimises ur ability to absorb nutrients.

and following ways are a bit boring

4) Eliminate junk food
5) Eat foods high in fibre
6) Include aerobic...and bla bla bla..the following steps doesn't attract i jus ignore it..Yal will know it anyways..its common sense..

To all my friends..tak kisah u r male or female..follow d steps above..stay fit..and you'll definitely have the abs below...
